Driving lesson duration is 55 minutes guaranteed. Please note that every effort is made to keep on time but due to road, weather and traffic conditions this is not always possible. In any circumstances where your instructor will be late, you will be informed of this.
No offers can be used towards a mock test or as part of a driving test. It also cannot be used with the £320 deal.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
CANCELLING A LESSON
If for any reason you need to cancel your lesson, please give 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange, or you shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of that lesson.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other cause, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lesson to a time convenient to both the instructor and you the pupil.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Voucher can only be redeemed with Pathway Driving and is valid for 12 months from purchase date, which can be found on your gift voucher and receipt.
May be exchanged for the stated amount of lessons on voucher (one, two, five or ten. Please see voucher for lesson value.)
Gift voucher must be mentioned when booking your driving lesson and brought with you on your driving lesson. Failure to do so may result in paying in the normal way for your driving lesson.
Please treat this gift voucher as cash. Pathway Driving will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
Gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, car hire, driving test or refunded. Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
Pathway Driving reserves the right to amend the gift vouchers terms and conditions at anytime.

PATHWAY DRIVING DEALS (10 LESSONS)
When booking a Pathway Driving Deal please note that once your 10 lessons have been used, you will have a two week time span where you can book another 10 at the discounted price. If no booking is made within the two weeks, the offer becomes invalid and you will be charged the standard single lesson price.
1st 10 lessons at £320 will only be offered to pupils who have limited driving experience and who do not have a driving test booked. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be used for a mock test or as part of a driving test.
You will have 10 weeks to complete each Pathway Driving Deals, lessons not used after this time will be forfeited. As these offers are purely to assist continuity of learning, ultimately leading you to pass your driving test within the uk average time frame.
When you have completed the 10 lessons, you will be offered the next Pathway Driving deal or single prices will apply.
You need to pay in advance for your 10 lessons, failure to pay upfront will result in the deal becoming invalid & single lesson rates will apply.
Pathway Driving Deals are non refundable.
The cancellation policy is the same with all lessons, regardless of deals.
